Licensing Officer - cosmetics/luxury goods

Our client is a leading and well established company within the travel industry . They are currently looking for a Licensing Officer help to support the brands’ projects.

• Degree holder with one more year of experience in licencing projects
• Work from home, flexible working hours

Job Responsibilities

• Manage licensing relations with internal and external parties, including proposal, approval, and agreement communication
• Oversee production projects from design brief initiation to sample delivery and quality assurance.
• Handle documentation and feedback collection throughout the order process.
• Initiate design briefs and coordinate with Product Development for timely samples for tenders.
• Ensure all products receive necessary approvals.
• Monitor royalty collections and invoice payments, coordinating with the Finance Department for timely settlements.

Requirement

• Degree holder with one more year of marketing experience, preferably in brand or product marketing
• Solid experience in licensing project
• Mature and presentable
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Wellcome candidate experience in the cosmetics or luxury goods sector.
